Whit,
Thanks for contacting Dan Gingras directly following my letter to the entire BOD yesterday.  Dan has mentioned to me (today) that he just provided you a list of current equipment at PYC (some of which he donated).  Also, his recommendation for upgrades.
I'm guessing that the BOD will approve his quote for new hardware which will provide for better communication between networked systems, and powerline disruptions.
