Good evening,
On Friday, I spoke with Frieda about directing all questions etc. regarding these moorings to Art or myself. She will notify the staff to do the same.
She will also notify us if there is any written communication received from Kittery Harbormaster or others.
Thank you to Carole Cartnick and Ken Jones who have done a great deal of work this past week on the history of these moorings. It has been interesting to read this archive of deliberations and communication from over 10 years ago.
After getting a handle on the past and as far as we know current issue(s), I tried contacting our former attorney G. Dana Bisbee from Devine Millimet. Attorney Bisbee retired retired (no private practice) in December 2019.
His associate, Tom Quarels, is taking over his clients and will review our file in early October. 
He advised that it is best to be proactive and not wait for a conflict to arise but rather resolve the issues as soon as they are clear. However, if we get any written requests or information that he be contacted to respond.
