[Board] August 13 Agenda and related documents

Good morning,

Attached you will find the agenda for tomorrow's meeting and related
documents, some of which you may have already reviewed.  I did not resend
the family response to the disciplinary letter sent after the July 23rd
meeting. The members will be attending the meeting at 6:30 to address the
BOD in executive session.
I trust you have all received the Treasurer's report and documents and the
minutes of the July 23rd meeting from the Secretary.  Please review these
documents prior to the meeting as neither officer will be attending the
meeting.  I will entertain motions to accept or table acceptance if there
are questions or changes to their reports.
The Amendments to Article XI have been reviewed by the Board in February
and March to put forward to the membership at the Annual Meeting. It is
time to move that forward formally.
There is also a draft permission form that is currently under review.
Again, the results of the survey are attached to help guide our ongoing
discussions.
