[Board] Call for Agenda items

Hi Pat,
We've been having trouble with Comcast mail (permanent failures, etc), and I'd appreciate you resending this survey and its results.  I'll review both before the meeting.
Please disregard my input regarding discussing the annual meeting, as it's probably unnecessary.  Sorry for my introducing confusion into the agenda process.
