[Board] Call for Agenda items

Pat,
I'm thinking that we should discuss with an accelerated pace a good strategy for the annual meeting. As was mentioned last month, this event is around the corner BOD meeting-wise.
A pro-active understanding of how many members might actually attend an "in-person" meeting would add a good filter to our plan, and perhaps a method of obtaining that "guestimate" would be a good agenda item.
