[Board] Call for Agenda items

Good afternoon,

Please let me know if you have any items for the agenda.
Ms. Hammer wishes to address the BOD regarding the disciplinary action
imposed last meeting and she is expected right after the meeting is called
to order and we vote to go into executive session.  This is a listening
session as we will reconsider the matter later in the meeting.

Also, I have some language for membership to be incorporated into the H & D
rules and more information on the Annual Meeting.

Anything else?  Will try to get the agenda out by tomorrow morning!
