[Board] PYC Board of Directors re: disciplinary action

Dear Ms. Hammer,
The PYC Board of Directors will reconsider the sanctions imposed on your
son, Zachary, at the next regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, August
13, 2020 at 6:30 PM.  The meeting will be held indoors at PYC.
The letter of July 24 will serve as notice of the infractions.  The
discussion of this incident was held in Executive Session and, if you wish,
you may address the Board under that privacy provision.
My letter and yours are attached and are being sent to the full Board for
consideration prior to the meeting.
Please let me know if you wish to address the Board at the beginning of the
meeting at 6:30 PM and I will include it on the agenda.
