Good evening,
A few issues have arisen at the Club that will be better addressed sooner
than later, which is why I would like to hold this meeting in person.

a.) The membership language in the constitution may need to be addressed in
a broader and more specific way for the annual meeting. It is pragmatic to
get ahead of the annual meeting work if there is going to be changes.
b.) There is an ongoing situation where a number of Club rules have been
disregarded resulting in a member's complaint to be addressed in executive
session.

Also, Paulette reports strong sales of PYC gear and lobster rolls are
coming to the PYC deck!
