Looks good Pat.
1. The third line is missing the word "to."  Also, "insure" should be "ensure" (insure is for cars and houses).
2. With regard (once again) to parking, Rose and I visited the club yesterday afternoon at about 6pm (to sit on the deck then go for our daily 3 mile walk).  As I've noticed in the past (and mentioned at the BOD meeting) we continue to have violations.  Yesterday, on our arrival, there were 9 cars (total) in our PYC parking lot.  Of those, NONE had stickers, and one was from Massachusetts.
This doesn't seem to be a problem at present however, as the club parking lot is simply not filling up.
