Please email me with any agenda items for the meeting on Thursday evening.I plan to get it out on Tuesday at the latest.
As you may know, New Castle Town Common was scheduled to open on July 1st but that decision has been reversed until further notice.  the impact on PYC is that parking restrictions remain in place.  I have attached the notice FYI.  Thank you to David McArdle for the information.
