[Board] Draft 4 - Club opening

Pat,
You've done an excellent job of both welcoming members back to their club, and outlining just how safe we've made the entire property for them.  My only comment, and I may be knit-picking, would be to remove four words from the entire document.  These are:

Pier Project
Funds Available

I'm thinking that any mention of the new pier coupled with fiscal issues may touch off additional mail.  Disregard if you think this point doesn't warrant another edit.  Just a thought, and enjoy your day.  Also, the date of your letter is 2020, not 2021.   The day you proposed for opening the club sounds fine.
Thanks for spending so much time in covering each of the details geared toward the memberships' enjoyment of the summer season.
