[Board] Draft 3 Club Opening Procedures

Good morning,

Attached is draft 3 of the procedures.  Staff have been involved in
developing these guidelines and Chris is able to send this to the
membership as early as Sunday night, if everyone is on board.

For lack of a better word, this is a 'soft' opening to work out any 'bugs',
manage the limited parking until more opens up, etc. Not perfect, but
moving everyone forward.

Frieda has asked that the Club hours be extended on Sundays also at this
time to 8-8. Please let me know if you agree with this.

Please weigh in with your agreement/disagreement, comments,
corrections...etc. I will change the color of text for the membership!
