From pdowey at gmail.com Sat Jun 20 08:05:25 2020 From: pdowey at gmail.com (Pat Dowey) Date: Sat, 20 Jun 2020 10:05:25 -0400 Subject: [Board] Draft 3 Club Opening Procedures Message-ID: Good morning, Attached is draft 3 of the procedures. Staff have been involved in developing these guidelines and Chris is able to send this to the membership as early as Sunday night, if everyone is on board. For lack of a better word, this is a 'soft' opening to work out any 'bugs', manage the limited parking until more opens up, etc. Not perfect, but moving everyone forward. Frieda has asked that the Club hours be extended on Sundays also at this time to 8-8. Please let me know if you agree with this. Please weigh in with your agreement/disagreement, comments, corrections...etc. I will change the color of text for the membership! The reference is unclear, and a few additional words here might clarify your meaning. 3. I definitely agree with extending the club hours to 8pm for members to enjoy summer evenings at the club. 4. When is the opening date? Again, this a well thought out letter to the membership.
