We finally got some clarification from the state regarding out of state boaters using Maine facilities to go boating. First, to my out of state mooring holders. You may now come to Maine to access your dingy and mooring. In doing so, you must come to the facility, do directly from your  vehicle, to your dinghy and then to your mooring. You may not congregate on the docks and piers or in the parking lot and may not shop or dine and things of that nature unless you have quarantined in the State of Maine for 14 days in accordance with the Governors Order. You may park in the lot as well. Please note that temporarily 4 of the open spots on the West wall (facing the restaurant) are designated for commercial fisheries so they can get back to business) To my Launch Permit customers - You may now come to Maine, launch your boat, and park in the lot but again, you must come to the state, launch your boat and when you return leave the state without stopping for things like food and things of that nature. To my Transient Mooring/Dock customers - unfortunately, I can not rent dock space to out of state boaters at this time unless you have quarantined for the mandatory 14 days. You may rent moorings but may not land at Maine facilities until the 14 day quarantine has been met.Hourly docking is still limited to Maine residents only but I will advise when things change. Recreational Fishing from Kittery Facilities is still not allowed and I will advise you all when this changes. Please remember that there is no loitering at Kittery Facilities until further notice and masks are required while on piers, ramps and docks. Physical distancing is still required while at these facilities unless you are family members or members of the same household. I would like to thank the State of Maine for answering our request for clarification. I'm sorry that it took a whilte to get but as I'm sure you all are aware, federal, state and local governments are out straight dealing with the covid situation and researching and answering questions the best that they can. I'm truly happy that I am able to relay this information to you all and cant wait to see you out there. Please be safe while on land and at sea!!!!Sincerely,John  -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... Thank you, Art. Our discussion at the next BOD meeting will most likely focus on opening the Clubhouse further and how to do it. If you have received other documents from other clubs etc. please share. Enjoy the weekend! Fueling rules require gasoline fuel customers to exit the boat onto the dock and fuel customers often exit their boats and go to the dock house to pay.
