Believe it or not, I didn't check emails yesterday! * On Page one, paragraph our (bolded), I have a clarification question: Does "curtailment of services" mean to the violating member only, or to ALL members, as a result of that member violation. If the second is true, I think language to the effect of: "may result in curtailment of services that will not only effect the violating member, but the entire membership". * On the next bolded paragraph, I would simply change “is no” to “will be no”. * Page 2, Item 4, Paragraph 2: How will the staff know when the bathrooms have been used during the day? Is it possible that some days will be very light and there may be periods when the bathrooms are not even entered? Should we have some kind of “sign-in” on the door or bathroom counters on which members just indicate the time they are using the facility (no name needed)? Or am I just splitting hairs and adding an unnecessary element? * I like Paulette’s burgee idea. Have a good Sunday everyone!! Paulette - I like the burgee mask idea. How do others feel? Richard- there was no message or response in your email. Peter- Frieda can attend to the details of having supplies in the bathroom. I believe we decided that members and staff would access the bathrooms from the front door with their key. No access by any other door. Also, Laurie Clark and David McArdle will continue to work with Police Chief White regarding the parking. Please respond to the draft of you haven’t already. I have had emails when members can purchase product. I am willing to sell merchandise from my driveway , personal checks only to PYC and I have volunteers. I would appreciate feedback from the board as to this idea. I am getting prices on a neck piece, worn by sailors and fisherman with the club burger on it. It would be white, and more useable than a mask when this is over. Please advise me on spending about. $250.00 for these products.
