Although it’s very difficult using the virtual concept especially with a large group, I think you’ve addressed not only our collective concerns, but you’ve also provided a few answers to the memberships’ concerns. I’ve already been asked by several members specific questions about upcoming operations. My answer has simply been for people to watch for your letter which will outline all newly decided upon policies. I think you’ve made a mistake in announcing the location for bathrooms access. We’ve decided that the front door will be locked, and that the rear door will usable for members. I’m thinking that we might also have Frieda provide some liquid disinfectant soap dispensers in each of the bathrooms for all to use. The section about parking might add that plenty of parking spaces for guests and our membership is still available behind the church across from the police & fire station(s). I mentioned a month ago while speaking with Officer Cody Lightfoot the issue of parking limitations now in effect (due to the road parking ban). He stated that we have still have permission to use that lot (it’s a 3 minute walk to the club). The note from the Kittery harbormaster was a great addition, as it adds credibility to our club’s policies. From what I’ve seen both on the news and locally, some people aren’t placing this entire situation at a level that it warrants. I believe we decided that members and staff would access the bathrooms from the front door with their key. No access by any other door.
