[Board] Extension of Stay Home Order

Dear BOD members,

Given the extension of the Governor’s stay home order today until May 31st, and after talking to VC Dave Kenepp & Frieda, it seems prudent to cancel the May events at this time. ( New Member Orientation, Opening Dinner Dance, Chinese Dinner, Memorial Day Breakfast).

In light of these cancellations, and stay-home order, it also makes sense to keep the Clubhouse closed through May.  It will give us some time to established a safe protocol for use of the common areas; cleaning, distancing, use of masks, etc.

When the docks open, perhaps we need to think about a portable toilet option other than the Clubhouse? Any thoughts on this?

Please let me know if you agree with the proposals below and  I will get a message out to the membership. 
1. Cancel all May events.
2. Keep the Clubhouse, decks, bathrooms, bar and kitchen closed until further notice.
