[Board] PYC 2019 Tax Forms

Attached are the 2019 Tax Forms I plan to submit next week. We state in these forms (Form 990 Part VI Section B Lines 11a and 11b and also Schedule O) that the Board of Directors and Officers are given copies of the forms before we submit them. You are not required to review them but you are welcome to do so. Please look them over and get back to me with any  questions or comments by Monday noon and I will instruct the auditor to print them for submission Monday afternoon. I have reviewed them and I recommended one change to the Form 990 Part VII , telling the auditor I thought the Treasurer and Secretary stipends should be entered in column F as they have been in previous years. Other than that, I find that the answers to the questions and the numbers look good.

 

Unless you see an issue, I would appreciate each of you replying to me with an “OK to submit.”
