[Board] Draft message to members

Pat –

This looks fine to me as the beginning of a series of Commodore’s Communications to let the members know the board is actively working on how best to proceed. The FAQs have no mention of refunds which I think is a good thing at this time. You might put it a mention of the status of the new dock. 

 

Two typos: Each of us IS working and you need a comma after phone calls. Good job! And thanks to Pete Dawson for his exchange with the manager of the Camden YC.
