[Board] PYC Board Meeting - April 9

Good afternoon,
First, I hope this finds you & yours well and peacefully co-existing in
this new normal. It has been amazing to me how complicated the most routine
things have become.

Jeremy has offered the use of GoToMeeting option for our Board meeting and
it is a better option than Zoom for a number of reasons (security, time
available, accessibility, etc.)  You will find the information to connect
at the top of the attached agenda by device or by phone.   Thank you,
Jeremy.

The biggest question I have been asked is about when the Club will open.
Given the stay-home order and parking ban in New Castle until May 4, Art
has proposed rescheduling docks-in to May 9 at 10:30, or May 23 at 9:45,
with work parties before or after. Of course, this is all subject to change
but I share the opinion that is important we are ready to go whenever it is
safe to do so.

Please let me know if I have missed anything we need on the agenda.
In addition to the Civil works and Fire Alarm proposals, I also included
the CIBC reports for your convenience and reference in considering the
other proposals.

I'm looking forward to our virtual meeting next week. Another sign of the
times!
