[Board] April 9 Board Meeting

Good afternoon,
Yesterday there was a PYC Committee meeting by teleconference ( thank you, Maggie).
My first inclination was to hold our April meeting using this method, but it was not as efficient as I would like so I want to investigate other applications.
I have a Zoom meeting scheduled for tomorrow morning and will evaluate that as a possibility for us to use. All indications are that it will be a good solution if every member has the capacity to use it.  Please let me know if you can or have downloaded the Zoom app. I would want to have a trial run before the meeting.
Also, if you are aware of another method or have another idea about how to conduct the next meeting, please share.
