[Board] Additional information for Zoom video conferencing

All,
Attached is some amplified information sent by Rose's professor (UNH) regarding the conferencing program being used by most of that university during this virus situation.  I am simply offering this as a user-friendly option, and by no mean attempting to mange our BOD meeting.
