Hi all,
I've updated the spreadsheet with some recent data from Elaine Foden (Camden Yacht Club Operations manager), and I may get additional from Mr. Tom Sullivan (Rear Commodore at Point Independence Yacht Club).  I'm thinking that the amount of material that I've collected thus far should be enough to provide the board an ability to move forward.
The summary project plan (attached) has several significant areas that I chose for an opening focus, and I will leave it to the BOD to modify and prioritize them from here.  One of my notes on the plan is a general query regarding phasing in any high-priority changes before the November annual meeting.  I cannot define specifics, but there may be items to discuss.  I'm also not sure of a procedure to legally perform this task.
I now have several personal high priority projects of my own that need tending to (including a 46' yacht in Lakeport that needs 46 feet of attention).  I hope the attached documents give the group enough information to launch the next steps in this project.
The only missing piece of data is the "Arundle General Manager duties." The Commodore sent me those by USPS, as he didn't have them in electronic format.  Each of you has a copy in the folder that I provided Thursday.
Any additional questions from the board can be easily answered, as I have new friends at each club and events to attend this season (starting in Camden).
