[Board] Two more documents

Good afternoon,
There are three attachments that may be useful for you to review before the
meeting.
Two are from the CIBC and show budget and capital expenditure estimates.
Charlie Leto emailed these documents to me last night.
The other is an estimate from Prock to evaluate the structural needs of the
Club.
Wes just received the Prock document today. He is unable to attend the
meeting tonight so I am passing it along in the event it informs our other
discussions.
