[Board] PYC BOD Agenda and supporting documents for March 12

Pat & all,
I'm requesting a solid 15 minutes to present the data that I've collected thus far.  It's not all in electronic form, so I'll be bringing folders for each member of the board to review during my presentation.  This has not been a simple process as all organizations are closed for the season.
I've had extensive communication(s) with several clubs (even during our 3 weeks in St. Lucia).  My contacts in each of these organizations have been extremely helpful thus far;   Rose and I now have invitations as far north as Belfast Maine (Northport Yacht Club) to attend events this summer.
