[Board] PYC BOD Agenda and supporting documents for March 12

Good morning,
Attached are the agenda and other documents for your review prior to our
meeting at One Sky on March 12, 2020 at 6:30.

One Sky has a meeting scheduled until 6:00 that evening and have asked that
we arrive closer to 6:30 as there is not a lot of extra room to wait. I
have noted this request on the agenda too.

The third item under old business will require an executive session as
Peter will be sharing the information that he has collected.

The Constitutional items are for a first reading which gives us the chance
to discuss and generally have time to consider the changes before voting to
put them before the membership at the Annual Meeting.

Jim and I are heading home in a few days.  I look forward to seeing you all
and the new pier!
