[Board] Kitchen instructions and Piling report

Should the cleaning instructions say members are responsible for doing all utensils and silverware, not the staff.
Should we be call Pickering Riverside Marine, they installed the pilings ??

The other thing that is interesting is some people don’t always seem to know where the dirty glasses go.
We may want to update the “Dish Machine” instructions to say “Dish Sanitizer” and add in a line about it being a not being a dishwasher.

Was talking with one of the members and she suggested more instructions in the kitchen and making it clear on the dish machine that it is a sanitizer and posting more instructions about cleaning off the dishes and silverware before they go into the sanitizer. Also people being told the silverware is cleaned by the staff.
