In the instruction remind everyone all food must be removed, the utensils put in the utensil rack, run through the sanitizer, dried put away. Before calling Pickering I want Duncan from Tighe & Bond to look at the installation. This was done several years ago don’t know if something changed, or if we have any recourse.
