Hi Bill,
I trust you received my email of June 20th advising the decision of the DOD,
the space requested for your Dinghy that it currently occupies was NOT
approved.
Please relocate your dinghy immediately, if has been relocated thank you.
If not it will be relocated, furthermore PYC is not responsible for any
possible damage in relocating to a different location.
Bill, thanks again for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
Any questions please contact me.
Thanks,
Wes Smith

Hi Bill,
At the last BOD meeting June 13 your request to rent a designated dingy spot
was presented and reviewed. Unfortunately your requested was denied.
The reason:
1. Specific dingy spaces are not assigned H and D rule 14 section C 2. The
specific space in question blocks two (2) dingy spaces under the pier,
rendering them unusable.
3. With new pier the space in question may no longer be available.
4. In order to grant your request it would be done by lottery.
5. No parking sign will be posted in that area. If a dingy is parked in the
no parking area it will be removed.
Bill, I tried the board ruled. Please remove your dingy from its current
location.
Thanks,
Wes Smith

Hi Bill,
In response to your email of May 25th "Dinghy Spot"
There are several issues which have to be addressed, and approved by the
BOD.
1. The spot your are requesting is " no parking" due to blocking the exit
of the last dinghy space under the pier.
2. H&D rules states are no assigned dinghy spaces.
3. In order for you to rent the spot it would have to be made a slip.
4. The new pier may have a different piling configuration, one bent is being
eliminated.
Bill, I appreciate your coming to me requesting permission to park your
dinghy the pier and east side docks. IF you want, I will bring your request
up at the June BOD meeting to get the Boards consensus. Please advise if you
would like me to proceed.
Thanks,

Wes,
Per our conversations on the inside spot we have discussed, I would formally
like to offer to rent that as my spot. It's certainly of no use to a boat,
as I can barely squeeze in there with my RIB.
I've been told by the dock master both last year and this year that is okay
to be there. I'm actually there now as I just put the dinghy in yesterday
and the other space I used last year under the dock with the line and weight
system did not have that set up yet, so I couldn't tie up there, especially
at 10:30 last night when I came in. I could have tied up in Greg Gebow's
(unofficial) spot, but, would not have done that.
I will pay $300/season, a fair offer for a "non dock slip". I did go down
this morning and mentioned why I was there and told it was fine. Appreciate
your time and consideration.
