Hi Scott,
Good points as always.
The crux of this is that people want to select a slip not owning a boat,
and they have over a year to put one in it. It was felt that members with
a boat ready to use it is more appropriate. Trust me, we can do nothing
and leave it as is. The request was for some wording to possibly tighten
up the present policy.
