[Board] House and Dock Rules

Good Afternoon,

Attached is a DRAFT amendment to the H&D Rules concerning slips.  At the
last meeting it was felt that the section concerning slip occupancy should
be amended to adjust slip occupancy requirements.

This draft may be too harsh, but it reflects a direction that the BOD
wanted to go.  Please provide input if you wish, and I can change as
necessary.
