[Board] Pay Bands

Good Morning,

At our last meeting the subject of our current employee pay bands was
brought up and the feeling was that we needed to be more competitive in the
tight job market.

Attached is a revised pay band document for the approval of the BOD.  Since
Wes and Freida need to firm up some of the employees, we should strive to
approve this soon.  The figures are competitive with comparable positions
within our area.  We want to be competitive and get good employees, but at
the same time, not break the bank.  This is NOT in concrete, so feel free
to recommend further adjustments.

I will leave it up to the Flag Officers to determine how to get BOD
approval......email, next meeting, etc.
