I’d like to add the CIP/CIF to April’s agenda so we can discuss our next steps on how to fund the 10 year plan, and beyond, because we are way short on the funding of the revised plan and the loan. 

And as Glenn mentioned last month, we will need to start marketing whatever plan we come up with for the annual meeting. 

I’d also like to add to the agenda creating a budget committee which might include at least one person from outside the Board. It was asked for at the annual meeting and we haven’t done anything about it yet. It could also add some legitimacy to any dues increases that might get recommended.
