Hi Scott,Congrats to you and your wife! A healthy and happy baby is a wonderful thing!As for the Pier Project, a couple of things have happened, (1) The Bids went out a little more than a week ago, (2) Duncan Mellor had a pre-bid meeting with expected contractors at the Yacht Club last Friday and (3) bids are due today! We will know more after Duncan has reviewed the bids!Best regards to you and your wife,Art
