[Board] Checking In - Pier Progress?

Good evening, all!

I wanted to check in as I was unable to attend the last board meeting due
to our little one being born (happy, healthy, and 10 days late!). Mama and
baby are doing great, so figured it might be time to try and get back to
some of the other responsibilities I might have been slacking on.

I hadn't seen much if any communication on the pier project and wanted to
see where we were in the process.. April and Docks In is getting mighty
close!
