[Board] New Member

Ordinarily I prefer to receive checks by mail but if he feels strongly about voting, I’ll defer and let it become a procedural determination. However, I did send out invoices to all 4 prospective new members on the 14th so they should  receive them by today and if they send a check by return mail to my Portsmouth PO box as specified on the invoice, I should receive it and have it deposited well in advance of the time of the meeting.

If a New Member has received the welcome letter are they able to attend and vote at the special meeting on the 25th?  He has not received the invoice to pay dues but would be willing to bring the check to the meeting.
