Good News on the "Pier Project"

 

See the following update from T&B regarding the NHDES Wet Land Permit.  I am
ready to go!! Technically we can begin work on February 11, 2019.

Hi Wes,

 

The wetlands permit has been signed by the Town Clerk and will be mailed to
DES later today. The clock starts today for the 25 day waiting period,
meaning work can begin on Monday, February 11. Since this is a Permit by
Notification, there is no physical permit issued by DES. Instead, once the
application has been marked complete, the permit is valid. I'll be checking
on the status of the permit periodically, but if you would like, you can
check here: https://www4.des.state.nh.us/OneStop/ It's usually enough to
search by the "Site Town" field.

 

The final application as submitted to DES is linked below for your records.
I can also print you a hard copy if you would like.
