[Board] Last Nights Meeting and Special Meeting

Board,

I have to say I am disappointed in the direction of last night's meeting
and currently do not feel prepared to sit in front of the membership on
Wednesday night for this meeting.  We have had longer discussions about
water usage than we have had on the Pier Project.  Pat made a great point
of having an FAQ page added (Do we have the answers to the FAQ's?  How do
we know what the FAQ's are without discussing?) and Scott's points
appeared to be shut down quickly so we could move on to the dinner.  Do all
board members fell they are prepared for Wednesday night?

As for Wednesday night, there are members that drive over an hour to get to
the meeting and will be very upset if they come here for nothing.  I also
do not think it will be ok to tell a spouse or life member they can not
come in to hear and be part of the discussion.  What is the backup plan
other than telling people to go home?  Is there the ability to stream the
meeting so all can see and hear the presentation and discussion as well as
ask questions?  This would not be a substitute for attending as one would
need to be in attendance to vote.
