[Board] Special Meeting

Hi Glenn - I am in agreement that the focus of this off season is the
pier.

The point I was driving at is that very little is going to change between
December 17th and mid-January in terms of where we are in the permitting or
bidding process, but a lot may change in terms of our understanding of
solutions that we can present to the membership. For example, have we even
explored a 2nd opinion on any of this?

The meeting, as currently outlined, isn't simply finding out how the
members feel, it's asking them to *vote *on funding proposals. If we don't
take the time to get this right, what happens if the members vote "no"?
