Good Afternoon,

While I respect Scott's view on the scheduling of the special meeting, I
feel that we should find out membership feelings on this sooner rather than
later.

This issue is NOT complex. The pier needs to be repaired/replaced and that
is it.  I know that Roy has made some great points (thank you Roy)
concerning the house etc., but the focus at the moment is the pier.  We
need to do this so that we are in business for next season...the permits
are an issue, but the bigger issue is to get this done or we are out of the
dock rental and fuel business in 2019.  The house and other stuff we can
get to later.
