[Board] Budget: Potential big tickets maintenance items

For budgeting purposes and the CIP I have a few items we might want to get estimates for:

  1.  The cement deck under the grills and picnic table undermined
     *   Guess this has been a known issue for years, it could collapse
     *   Wood "wall" that used to protect it from waves is all rotted and missing
     *   I have pictures Jerry gave from about 10 years ago too, besides the ones I took this summer
  2.  Foundation piers starting to get undermined
     *   It would be good to fix it sooner than later
     *   This is ongoing maintenance that should be done every 5 years as these are in the water at every high tide and subject to waves
  3.  Replace Mooring pins with staples for the moorings in front of the club
     *   Pins are hard to inspect and they tend to wear just below the granite surface, staples are much easier to view
     *   We have already had a couple of boats break free in the past 5 years
  4.  Fuel sump bracket rusted out under the pier
