Yes, the declaration page has all of that information on it. Also, in the pass years I don’t recall anything regarding assigned dinghy spaces under the pier.

OK, next iteration. I don’t know  what to do about any assigned dinghy spaces. Let’s finalize that Thursday. Insurance policy info should be on the proof of insurance form they submit.

Hello all,

 

Dinghy spaces were discussed in the August 9 meeting.  Here is the section on that from the minutes:

 

Dinghy Agreement - Comm. Michael

 

PC Dionne had sent out a proposed new dinghy agreement.  It includes assigned dinghy spaces under the pier for an additional $35 per year (based on previous year assignments).  There are 7 dinghies currently under the pier who would receive first choice.  Comm. Michael said that a wait list for those dinghy spaces would have to be created.  PC Coffey advised that the agreement should include text that says nothing can be moved under the pier.

 

PC Dionne added that we are not ensuring that we have signed agreements, which puts the club at risk.  He provided surprising numbers showing payment but no signed agreements and proof of insurance for dinghies, slips, and moorings.  He said he would like to create a letter which tells members who have a dinghy, slip, or mooring that they must include the agreement and proof of insurance with their check for fee payment.  If all are not received together, then the slip or mooring will be given to another member.  PC Coffey made a motion that PC Dionne initiate the letter and that it be sent to members who are delinquent immediately and included with invoices for the 2019 season.  The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.

Rear Commodore: PYC not centered, Also is there a way to simplify the words" PYC Slip, a PYC Mooring, a PYC Dinghy space and/or PYC Launch Service" that appear 4-5 times and just have it in there once?

Most of these are missing the street number. I thought I had done up a version of these where some of the above items were fixed?

Board Members –

Annual invoices to members will go out on November 15. For members who use the launch or who have a dinghy, mooring or slip, we will also send the annual Agreement form which they are to sign  and return. New this year will be a note from R/C Wes Smith requesting compliance which has been at best spotty in past years. Please review these agreements and the R/C’s note prior to the meeting on Thursday so you can present any recommended changes before they are printed and mailed.
