[Board-2018] Up Date on Dumpster Enclosure

I would like to see it installed as soon as possible. Waiting until next year will no doubt cost more!

At his point in time is there any reason to try and get this done prior to next year? Depending on what we think might happen with the pricing, I'm of the mindset that pushing to next spring (and avoiding a winter of wear-and-tear) doesn't seem like a bad idea. No sense in my mind of rushing to get this thing completed just in time for it to sit idle for 6 months. If we can schedule the work to be done just following docks-in next April it would likely be squared away before there's even a boat on the dock. 


Additionally, it sounds like we've spent quite a bit this year on repairs/projects - is there an advantage budget-wise to moving this to 2019?

Update on the status of the Dumpster Enclosure.  
 
The Town of New Castle HDC approved our application for construction of the dumpster enclosure. The building permit will be issued today, we have one year to complete installation...
 
 I spoke to 125 Fence regarding purchase and installation. We are looking at approximately 6 weeks.  Materials are 4+ weeks from the manufacture. An exact date will be provided once a 50% deposit and signed order is received.
 
If we want the enclosure installed before Docks Out October 27th we need to act immediately.
