Some thoughts;
Chris W. suggested sending out an email to all members with directions about who & where to send contributions by a date certain. It should be a well attended event.
October events:  Turkey Dinner or Closing Dinner Dance give us enough time to collect money. It may be a little classier to invite Jerry & Deb to Closing Dinner Dance.
