[Board-2018] Jerry Goldfarb

We are planning to show that PYC needs more revenue just to cover our
expenses, and now we are looking at this type of gift?  If we spend a
significant amount of money on a thank you gift and propose the dues
increase, I can foresee the motions at the annual meeting being shot down
very quickly.  Just my opinion.
