I do think it's important to look at this not strictly from a budgetary line item cost as much as a unique circumstance to show appreciation for someone who has put in a decade of service to the club, particularly if there is support among the membership. In my mind it would definitely be worth a discussion of exactly what that means - I don't think its a luxury trip around the world, nor do i think its a dinner out in Portsmouth, but it's definitely somewhere in between. Jerry has done a tremendous amount for the club in the last decade and I am supportive of a significant gesture to show him how much he meant (and means) to PYC and its members. -Scott On Thu, Aug 30, 2018 at 3:46 PM Wendy wrote: > Has Jerry been getting these bonuses? > > Regards, > Wendy Clement > > > > On Aug 30, 2018, at 3:45 PM, Doyle Skeels wrote: > > At the discretion of the Commodore, the Steward gets a bonus of up to > $2000 in his last paycheck each year.
