Good Afternoon,

I like Art's presentation...thank you sir.  My only question is that in the
new second section the dues are mentioned at $650.  If the first one passes
is it automatically updated to $775??

There is no problem. If both motions are accepted as presented, once the Annual Meeting is closed the changes of each motion will merge together.
