[Board-2018] Constitutional Changes

Good Morning,

Attached are two documents.

1)  The changes that we have agreed to that just change the current
paragraphs in the constitution to what we want.

2)  Joe Nadeau's version splitting the paragraph into A and B sections.
Plus Joe, reiterates constitutional change procedures that are contained in
Article XV.

I love my cousin, but I prefer the more simplistic version of # 1.

Plus, how do we change one article with two votes???  Suggestions are
welcome.

We need this done by Sept 1 for the secretary.
