Good Morning,

Attached are two documents.

1)  The changes that we have agreed to that just change the current
paragraphs in the constitution to what we want.

2)  Joe Nadeau's version splitting the paragraph into A and B sections.
Plus Joe, reiterates constitutional change procedures that are contained in
Article XV.

I love my cousin, but I prefer the more simplistic version of # 1.

Plus, how do we change one article with two votes???  Suggestions are
welcome.

We need this done by Sept 1 for the secretary.

Dear Ladies and Gents,
While Joe Nadeau's format is acceptable, it suggests that we completely change the format of Article XII and that means we will be voting on both changes with one vote. I prefer voting on each change separately. To that end, I am attaching two separate change Articles which will permit the membership to vote on each change separately and in the format for use in the Notice of Annual Meeting.

I have sent a letter to Glenn Graper about the options for presenting two changes to one article of the Constitution.

We will get this right.  See the attached letter.
