Plus Joe, reiterates constitutional change procedures that are contained in Article XV. I love my cousin, but I prefer the more simplistic version of # 1. Plus, how do we change one article with two votes??? Suggestions are welcome. We need this done by Sept 1 for the secretary. I prefer voting on each change separately. To that end, I am attaching two separate change Articles which will permit the membership to vote on each change separately and in the format for use in the Notice of Annual Meeting.
