A couple of questions:
Was it decided to not have the “up to 5%” amendment from the last meeting? I didn’t see it in the word doc. 

Will there be a short writeup to explain the dues increase?

The decision was made to drop the up to 5% amendment.

The treasurer will make a presentation as to the reason for the dues
increase proposal.
